Unicare Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return a product within 14 days without giving any reason. This period begins on the day after you, or a designated representative, receive the product.

Return Conditions

During this period, you must handle the product and its packaging with care. You may only unpack or use the product as necessary to determine whether you wish to keep it. If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product along with all supplied accessories, and – where reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

Notification of Withdrawal

If you wish to use your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. This can be done via our model withdrawal form or by any other clear method. After this notification, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

Costs in Case of Withdrawal

The direct return shipping costs are generally your responsibility, unless the error was clearly on our part. If the product has depreciated in value due to your use, you may be held liable for the decrease in value.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will refund the full purchase amount – including any standard shipping costs for the original delivery – within 30 days using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products made to your specifications or that are clearly personal in nature.

• Products that spoil or age quickly.

• Sealed items that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons.
