We ship EU-wide throughout the European Union. We do not ship outside the EU.
Delivery times

Shipping is free on all orders over €30, EU-wide.
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt (right of withdrawal).
For hygiene reasons, opened contact lenses or lens solutions cannot be returned unless the product is defective.
Opened or defective product?
If you have opened a product and it appears to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, please contact us. In this case, the product may of course be returned and you will receive a full refund.
