Shipping

We deliver throughout the European Union.

Delivery times:

  • Netherlands & Belgium: Delivered within 1 working day

  • Other EU countries: Delivered within 2 to 5 working days

We do not deliver outside the EU.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt (right of withdrawal).
For hygiene reasons, opened contact lenses or lens solutions cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Opened or faulty product?

If you opened a product and found it to be defective, please contact us. In that case, you may return the product and receive a full refund.

How to return?

Returning is simple:
Send an email to info@ibdtrade.nl with your order number, name, and reason for return.
We’ll get back to you with further instructions.

Refund

Once we’ve received and processed your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within a few days via your original payment method.
