General terms and conditions for the 10th-anniversary promotion

This promotion qualifies as a promotional lottery as defined in the Code of Conduct for Promotional Lotteries.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion runs from
Monday, January 27, 2026 until Friday, May 1, 2026 (23:59 CET).
Participation after this date is not possible.

4. Participation

Participation in the promotion is free.

You participate by:

• registering via the promotion form, and
• explicitly agreeing to receive marketing and newsletters from GiG Eco Future B.V.

Only one entry per person is allowed.

5. Terms of Participation

• Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years and older.
• Minors are excluded from participation.
• Employees of GiG Eco Future B.V. are excluded from participation.
• GiG Eco Future B.V. reserves the right to exclude participants in case of abuse, fraud, or unfair influencing of the lottery.
• It is not permitted to register more than once; if this occurs, all your registrations will be declared invalid.

6. Prize

The winner receives:

• 6 bottles of Unicare lens solution of 250 ml per year,
  or a comparable alternative,
• for 10 years.

Total value of the prize:

• €10.99 per bottle
• 60 bottles in total
• Total value: €659.40

The prize:

• is personal,
• is non-transferable,
• cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

7. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries after the promotion period has ended.

The drawing will take place impartially.

The winner will be informed personally via email within 14 days at the latest after the promotion ends.

No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

8. Prize Award

If the winner does not respond within a reasonable period, or declines the prize, GiG Eco Future B.V. reserves the right to designate a new winner.

9. Taxes

Any gambling tax legally due on the prize will be borne by GiG Eco Future B.V.

10. Privacy & Personal Data

For participation in this promotion, GiG Eco Future B.V. processes personal data.

• Personal data will only be used for:
  • the execution of the promotion,
  • communication regarding the prize,
  • sending marketing and newsletters for which explicit consent has been given.
• Data will not be stored longer than necessary and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• The privacy statement of GiG Eco Future B.V. applies.

11. Liability

GiG Eco Future B.V. is not liable for:

• technical malfunctions,
• lost or incorrectly sent entries,
• printing, spelling, or typesetting errors.

12. Amendment or Termination

GiG Eco Future B.V. reserves the right to change the promotion or its conditions in the interim or to terminate the promotion prematurely if circumstances require it.

• Dutch law applies to this promotion.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by social media platforms or other third parties.
• You can unsubscribe from marketing and newsletters at any time free of charge via the unsubscribe link in every email.
